Driving growth & innovation in e-commerce for clients

 

Brought on board by the President of Innovation & Commerce, I was one of the first team members of Publicis Media Commerce. I led the strategic development of consulting plans for clients, marketplaces and publishers on accelerating e-commerce growth in terms of sales, customer acquisition and CRM, including best practice guidance for clients and regional internal teams across the Groupe.

I led our practice's thought leadership efforts, and was the subject matter expert on marketplaces in APAC and e-commerce trends. I created and delivered trend presentations for clients' C-suite leaders to ignite discussion and change within their organisation when it comes to digital and commerce.

 

 

Proudest moments:

 

1.

During my tenure there, and under my strategic lead, Pampers hit #1 in share rankings on Lazada in both Indonesia and Philippines, leading to a 23% uplift in overall sales.

 

2.

I spearheaded the Publicis Commerce Update, acting as both editor and manager of the weekly email update that was disseminated to both global employees and external Groupe clients. The mailing list boasted an average of ~10k weekly opens, and a 36% open rate.

 

3.

I was the lead project manager on a number of projects, including a 1-day e-commerce workshop with Facebook and Lazada; a regional Samsung e-commerce project across 9 markets; as well as the lead strategist for a research project in collaboration with Google across 6 countries.
